But it was oh so nice to defrost for a few days!
The hotel had a salt water lagoon out front with paddle boats and paddle boards. The boys thought they really wanted to rent an (overpriced) paddle boat, but we convinced them that would be oh so boring after about ten minutes. Instead we opted for the stand-up paddle board, which Christian mastered in about a minute and didn't fall off once.
He was kind enough to share with the rest of us too, and even Grammy took a little paddle around the bay.
