Christian started a new school this year, it's a brand new school that just opened (and had super cheap introductory tuition). I think he's going to really love it there.
The kids put on slippers whenever they go into the classroom, "to help them mentally transition into work time". And everything is shiny and new, even shinier and newer than the usual first day of school.
I'm going to miss having him so close to the office and visiting at lunchtime, he's out in the north county now. But they get to ride their bikes at recess, and microwave their lunches, and use their cute little stainless steel water bottles that they fill up from the cooler. Good stuff.
