This is our new favorite beach. The water is warm and shallow, there's lots of sand, and the streams don't have those pesky
biohazard warnings posted nearby like our other beach.

The following photo study is titled, "I'm from Ethiopia, parasites don't scare me"

We were also introduced to another local gem, Clayton Beach, when our friend Elizabeth played activity director last Sunday. The big boys spent hours climbing the rocks and playing in the bushes.

While the little boys enjoyed the sand together.
Ashi thought the best way to celebrate Max's
new found love of sandy sensory stimulation, was by fully immersing him in gritty, grimy delight. Translation: dumping shovels full of sand on your buddy's head. He didn't quite understand why Max's trouble blinking presented a problem with this particular game. Silly boy!

And Miss Elizabeth, Activity Director
Extraordinaire, egged on all the kids until they each ventured out at least up to their armpits. Then
Eliz, Claire and Christian decided to go out and dunk together. But that turkey boy was bluffing, and let the girls show him up.

So
Eliz exacted a bit of revenge.

That's better.

And predictably,
Ashi crashed on the way back to the car.

The End.

Love that fall asleep in the carrier pic! Reminds me of when our babes were smaller! How precious.
Erin!
Your parasite joke made me cry (laughing) too cute.
Looks like a wonderful beach...full of love.
